"Universal" is a monthly show that features the best progressive & techno cuts from the hundreds of promos that your host receives every month. Part 1 of the show brings an hour of the classic progressive house we all know and love, part2 the more spacey techno sounds out there, and part 3 the monthly special guest. Kira's passion for EDM and all its many genres stems from over 15 years in dance music as both clubber and DJ, and more recently producer/remixer. His influences come from many heady nights racing up and down Wales, the West Country, and in and around London, attending parties in fields, clubs & warehouses.

Working on a 'if I like it, I play it' basis, his DJ sets have historically been crafted using anything from VCR, tape to tape, vinyl and CD.

His main styles lean toward the realms of progressive/techno, trance, and also ambient & downtempo sounds that can be heard regularly on Frisky's 'Chillout Sundays'.
