Harry Lemon aka LEMON8 has been a DJ for quite some time now, whilst producing a soundtrack of a generation at the same time. Model8 - his first ever produced track - is considered to be a classic by many and still sounds fresh today even though it saw it's first release in 1993. Model8 is now re-released on Richie Hawtin's Plus8 label after an amazing 13 years and is being discovered by a whole new generation of clubbers worldwide.
Following the second progressive wave, late 1999, he managed to create almost an entirely instant recognisable genre within a genre. In 2003 Lemon8 released his album called 'The Inner Sanctuary Sessions'. The album contains 20 original tracks and remixes from a 2 year period and proves the fact that he's not only an outstanding producer, but an excellent DJ as well. It even won him the 'Cool Award' in 2003 for Best Album as voted by Cool Magazine readers in South America where he came out on top beating John Digweed, Satoshi Tomiie and even Coldplay. Today the album is being regarded as a classic and still very much sought after the world over.
As a DJ he became a household name, playing the most influential clubs and festivals worldwide including Amnesia, Spundae, Ministry Of Sound, Pasha, Nature One, Dance Valley, The Mansion and God's Kitchen. It's not uncommon for Harry to play 8 hour sets, creating a vibe that's a truly unique experience which gained him a loyal and dedicated fan base at a global scale.
In 2004 he founded Bandung Records with the crew from Armada Music and the first release called 'Sanctuary' by Origene was an instant success topping the dance charts globally. Today he is working hard to complete the 'Disco Demon Series', creating more future classics and providing yet another soundtrack for clubbers and dance music lovers worldwide.
