Juuso Siikaniva aka. DJ Juju, born in 1978, a house music connoisseur and a DJ since 1999.

Having been influenced throughout the last seven years by such names as Desyn Masiello, Tiga and Lee Burridge, Juju's musical style has evolved into what could perhaps be best described as bass heavy electro house. That being said, it's not uncommon to hear him blend together a wide range of music and styles, all woven together with precision, good taste and a pinch of tongue-in-cheekiness. From deep and sexy vocal house to raw electro and techno influenced sounds, even the occasional peak-time progressive house madness - it's all there if you happen to catch him at his best. “Genre definitions aside, good music is always good music” as he likes to put it.

So far the years have seen the 27 year old Finn playing at most of the biggest events and clubs in Finland, promoting his own club nights in his former home town Tampere and having his mixes aired on both domestic as well as international radio waves. Besides currently holding a residency at the renowned Iglu club he's also looking forward to more touring in Finland and abroad. Recent highlights for Juju include the Iglu Tour in the spring of 2005 that witnessed him playing a memorable threesome with Miika Kuisma and Kenjido Okiru at the Snowcastle afterparty in Kemi. What seemed like a bad idea on paper was turned into a monstrous dancefloor-rocking performance in the hands of this talented trio.

Juju's future appearances during the first half of 2006 include, among others, the Iglu Club night in Estonia, a brand new residency at Club Aero starting in March, the massive Dance Republic event in April where he'll be warming up for the German maestro Oliver Lieb, and, finally, the Iglu 2nd birthday bash in May where the Iglu resident DJs will once again be joined by Ben Lost and Goldenscan from the UK.
